How does biometric integration work with myBuro ?
There are various types of Biometric Attendance Systems available in market like Fingerprint Attendance System, Face recognition based Attendance Systems, AI Based Face and Fingerprint reader based attendance systems.
Integrating these system with any HRMS or Payroll software is a challenging job. In most cases there are basic attendance software’s which comes along with biometric system are installed on PC at customer side, this software collectes data from biometric system and stores on a local PC database, then there is another intgration utility installed by the HRMS software on the same PC which synchronise the attendane data to HRMS server at scheduled time. In such case there is a dependancy of the PC to sync the data to HRMS system. Customer also need to get service for the local PC software from Biometric Attendance System vendor.
In case of myBuro Biometric attendance system data is directly connected to cloud server without any manual process or any local PC. Thre are biometric system manufacturer like ESSL, ZKTEco, Biomax, Hikvision, Timewatch where the data is sync with myBuro server at realtime basis.
ACCESS CONTROL
Electronic access control uses computers to solve the limitations of mechanical locks and keys. A wide range of credentials can be used to replace mechanical keys. The electronic access control system grants access based on the credential presented. When access is granted, the door is unlocked for a predetermined time and the transaction is recorded. When access is refused, the door remains locked and the attempted access is recorded. The system will also monitor the door and alarm if the door is forced open or held open too long after being unlocked
